Hello, my name is Mic Marvin. I've been working in the Video Game industry for a number of years now with several shipped titles under my belt. During that time I have worked as both a Technical Artist and 3D Generalist.

Who is Mic?
I'm an artist. I'm a creative thinker and problem solver. Above all else I am passionate about video games. Before I graduated High School I knew I wanted to work in the game industry. I set out to get the best education I could to help me in that endeavour which is why I attended and graduated from the Academy of Art University.
I excelled in my studies and secured my first job in the industry as a 3D Generalist. I have continued my education with on the job experience, becoming over time a very skilled and competent Technical Artist. I am currently seeking new opportunities and challenges in the exciting world of video game development.

Experienced Technical Artist
For the past few years I have been developing pipelines, writing scripts and solving problems. I have worked the closest with Animators and Character artist helping them integrate their art assets into a working game engine. I really enjoy having a hand in taking a piece of art from concept all the way through to something that can be interacted with in real-time.
My daily duties in this capacity usually focused on rigging and skinning characters, which I have become quite adept at doing.
